Amber Davies had quite the shock when she arrived back home, telling fans her house was “flooded and damaged” after her boiler had been leaking for two weeks.
The Love Island star, 28, who recently ended her relationship with boyfriend Nick Kyriacou, told her Instagram followers it “could only happen to me” as she shared videos of her flooded home.
In the first clip on her Instagram story, Amber announced “say hi” as she turned the camera to show her neighbours waving while they were trying to help the star mop up the water.
Alongside the video, the singer, who revealed her surprising connection to Bridgerton star Luke Newtonwrote : “Put a finger down if you come home to a flooded damaged house 🙂 thank god for my neighbours.”

Fans then saw Amber post another clip which she captioned: “It couldn’t get any worse,” before one of her neighbours was seen holding Amber’s microwave above the sink to which they announced: “There is so much water in it.”
When water began to pour out, Amber was heard yelling: “No!” leading one of her neighbours to add: “Jesus.”
In the next post, Amber thanked her fans for their support as she penned: “Thank you for all of your messages!

“It looks like my boiler has been leaking for about 2 weeks. Could only happen to me!”
She went on to reveal: “Plumber is coming tomorrow and a new kitchen is going to have to be installed from all of the water damage!
“It could be a lot worse but what a drama.”

The West End star then shared a clip of her worktop in her kitchen which was covered in water, as she added: “Couldn’t write it”.
It comes after Amber split from her boyfriend Nick following six months of being together.
After it was reported they had lost their spark, the actress shared a cryptic post about “making yourself a priority” on her Instagram story.
Her post read: “Making yourself a priority isn’t selfish, it is necessary,” with a white heart and dove emoji.
The brunette beauty is reportedly focusing on work and is hoping it will keep her mind off of the break-up.
A source told The Sun: “Earlier this year she landed the lead role in the musical version of Bring It On and she has loads of jobs lined up which will keep her mind off their break-up.
“Her friends know a catch like Amber won't be short of offers but this has been really hard on her."
