Carrie Underwood and David Bisbal will perform their duet, “Tears of Gold,” at the Latin American Music Awards next month.
Released in December, “Tears of Gold” features Underwood singing a pop song for the first time in Spanish.
In an Instagram post, Underwood said she is thrilled to perform with Bisbal in Sunrise, Florida, on April 15.
Speaking about his collaboration with Underwood, Bisbal said, “I love Carrie and truly admire her courage.”
“She has shown a profound admiration for the Spanish language with her wonderful vocals on the track and I am honored to collaborate with Carrie on her first bilingual Spanish song,” he added.
Ricky Martin, Anitta, Juanes and Pitbull are among other artists who are scheduled to perform at the 2021 Latin AMAs, which will be broadcast on Spanish-language network Telemundo at 7 pm ET.
