A source shares that the ‘Yummy’ hitmaker and his model wife ‘plan on socially distancing themselves’ in his native country until ‘it’s safe for everyone to resume their regular lives.’
AceShowbiz –Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have chosen to practice social distancing miles away from Los Angeles. After urging followers to exercise self-isolation to fight the global spread of coronavirus pandemic, the “Yummy” hitmaker and his model wife are reported to have flown back to his native country, Canada.
The married couple, according to PEOPLE, took a private jet on Monday, March 16 for the trip. “They plan on socially distancing themselves,” a source close to the “Baby” singer explained their departure which was done on the same day Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the closing of Canadian borders to foreigners, restricting it only to its citizens, permanent residents and U.S. citizens.
On why the pair decided to isolate themselves in his native country, the so-called insider suggested, “In Canada, their home is very secluded and they are able to be out in nature still.” The source further added, “They plan on staying in Canada until it’s safe for everyone to resume their regular lives.”
One day after the trip, the “What Do You Mean?” singer shared with fans how he and his wife kept themselves entertained during their self isolation. Though an Instagram post, he unraveled a TikTok video that saw the two of them dancing inside their house. He rocked a white long-sleeve shirt with a pair of loose trousers and bright socks, while his wife donned button-up crop top and a pair of shorts.
Hailey herself made use of her social media account to share a series of photos taken before they practised self-isolation. “quarantining,” she captioned the Monday post. “but reminiscing on this beautiful trip.. reminding me to never take these experiences for granted and how grateful I am for such amazing memories. sending everyone love and good energy!!”
Prior to his departure to Canada, Justin reminded fans of the safety guidelines for the pandemic. Posting a montage video of people helping others, he wrote, “Obviously this is a really scary time. I wanted to remind everyone what we can do when we come together!! LETS COME TOGETHER BY ISOLATING OURSELVES UNTIL WE HAVE MORE ANSWERS! Our grandparents are counting on us.”
