Miranda Lambert has earned the most nominations at this year’s CMA awards. The country star earned seven nods, including the coveted Entertainer of the Year.
Along with Lambert, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban have been nominated for the biggest award of the night.
Lambert has broken the record for most nominations by a female artist in CMA Awards history with 55 nods. She is now only behind George Strait (83), Alan Jackson (81) and Brad Paisley (58) on the all-time nominations list.
Lambert received her fourth nomination for Entertainer of the Year and 14th nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year, which she has won seven times.
Lambert has been nominated for Single of the Year for “Bluebird” as well as Album of the Year for Wildcard. She also received nominations for Song of the Year for “Bluebird,” Musical Event of the Year for “Fooled Around And Fell In Love” and Music Video of the Year for “Bluebird.”
“Bluebird” was written by Lambert, Luke Dick and Natalie Hemby and produced by Jay Joyce.
Meanwhile, Combs earned six nominations and Maren Morris received 5 nods. Joyce, Carly Pearce and Dan + Shay earned 4 nominations each.
