“So, a week ago, we got engaged. (!) Even during the wildest most uncertain times, there are silver linings. ❤️” the Connecticut native wrote alongside a selfie showing off her massive square-cut diamond ring on March 18.

After over a year together, Married at First Sight alum Cortney Hendrix’s accountant boyfriend popped the question on March 6. 

“March 6, 2014, I received a call from Kinetic Content that I was going to be married at first sight. I remember it because it was the day before my mother’s birthday,” Hendrix, 31, told PEOPLE. “March 6, 2020 is the day that Sherm got down on one knee and asked me to be his forever.”

“This day brought everything full circle for me. God has showed up in such a big way in our lives. I did not know that this is what love felt like,” continued Hendrix, who was previously married to Jason Carrion.” After everything we both had been through, we didn’t know it was possible. We are both grateful for our past because it let us to each other, made us grow through some of the darkest times and prepared us for this relationship and a lifetime of love and partnership.”

Below Deck Mediterranean‘s João Franco and his girlfriend are ready to sail into a new chapter of their lives together: marriage! 

Franco announced their engagement on Instagram on March 6, sharing photos of the happy couple posing by Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, where the reality star is from. 

“The most incredible feeling I have ever felt was when she said yes?” Franco captioned the pictures. “I’ve never felt a happiness so true and I fall in love with her over and over again, every day. Here is to the rest of our lives by each other’s side.”

The Gentefied actress and her longtime boyfriend got engaged during an impromptu trip to the Grand Canyon in January, PEOPLE revealed on March 3. 

While on a road trip together to move Martin from Louisiana to Los Angeles as she geared up to promote her Netflix comedy, the couple decided to break up the trip with a pit stop at the Grand Canyon — where Lachney popped the question. 

“It was completely unexpected and beyond magical,” Martin told PEOPLE. “I am truly blessed!”

Martin and Lachney first met as kids before dating in high school. After an amicable split, they went on to rekindle their romance a year and a half ago.
