Friends fans, this one's for you.
Whichever character was your favourite, by now we all know about the iconic sandwich made famous in the TV sitcom by Ross Geller.
As Brits head back to the office, Deliveroo has recreated the ultimate sandwich with a gravy-soaked middle layer that is so good, it is at risk of being stolen.
For one day only customers can also tuck into the special sandwich 'My Sandwich' priced at just £1.
The limited edition sandwich is set to go on sale at 11am August 3 and will be available to Deliveroo customers across London, Manchester and Brighton until sold out.
The sandwich is made with seeded granary bread, slow-cooked roasted turkey, homemade garlic and herb mayonnaise; along with contrasting sweet potato, cranberry sauce, crispy onions for added crunch and sage and onion stuffing.
To top it off, also included are salad leaves and, of course, homemade gravy soaked into the middle bread layer of the sandwich – how amazing does that sound?
And for all the vegans out there, Deliveroo has cooked up an equally delicious plant-based alternative, packed with a delicious meat alternative, a perfectly whipped vegan mayo and a plant-based gravy-drenched middle layer.
To prevent this mouth-watering and triple layered lunch from being stolen, Deliveroo has pre-printed a post-it on the compostable packaging that reads “MY SANDWICH!!” to help deter any colleagues or family members from swiping it.
Deliveroo spokesperson Aisha Jefferson, said, “Those heading back to the office will be able to get their hands on a sandwich that’s good enough to steal as we’ve recreated an office sandwich so famously delicious, colleagues will be reaching into the communal fridge to swipe it.
But fear not, thanks to a special post-it note on every item saying “MY SANDWICH!!”, work mates won’t go near it. Available to order in London, Manchester or Brighton, one of our riders will deliver it fresh to your office door or at home for just £1. Such a steal.”
