Joe Swash and professional partner Alex Murphy were both left gobsmacked as they became the 2020 champions of the show, beating the bookies favourite Diversity star Perri Kiely to the title.

An overwhelmed Joe was reduced to tears after being awarded first place as he hugged his partner in disbelief with a warm embrace.
Stacey has been Joe's number one fan, appearing in the audience most weekends to witness her partners performance, along with baby Rex or accompanied by her best chum Sophie Hinchliffe, better known as Mrs Hinch.

The former EastEnders star Joe was crowned winner after opening up that he had suffered with confidence issues.
Earlier on the show Joe spoke openly to his skating partner, confessing: "A lot of the time I a go around with this fake confidence but deep down I'm vulnerable."
On the video tape that was aired before his performance, he emotionally said: "Us in the final means all that time I spent away from my family was worthwhile."
The message came as some fans claimed Diversity star Perri Kiely "deserved" to win instead.
One fan moaned online: "I think Perri and Vanessa deserves to win no offence to joe but perri did a freaking backflip on the ice, that show this year was a complete fix."
While another added: "Perri was robbed. HE BACKFLIPPED ON ICE & still didn’t win. what the hell."
However, a third argued: "So through out the show people moaned about Perri being unfair advantage and fav to win! Now he hasn’t won he’s been robbed! Piss off eh! #dancingonice."
