TSB customers are facing a frustrating first day of the month. As millions get paid, it seems many are currently unable to access their online accounts due to an outage that’s affecting the banking app and website.
Hundreds of TSB users are complaining of the issue which appears to have struck the bank’s online systems at around 10am this morning.
Independent website DownDetector, which tracks social media posts around a topic to monitor outages across the globe, shows hundreds of TSB customers reportedly being hit by the network troubles.
When trying to access certain services, users are reporting a message being displayed that say: “We weren’t able to do that. Sorry it looks like there was an unexpected error. You should check if your request has gone through you try again.”
Many users have now taken to social media to complain about the outage with one tweet saying: “My @TSB app is down and you’re sending me texts saying I’m overdrawn get it sorted out I’m absolutely sick to death of this you’ve cost me some bills being paid late and going up because of this twice this year already due to this.”
Whilst another added: “@TSB Looks like your app and internet banking are down any idea of an ETA of getting this back online, Thanks.”
