A Place in the Sun guests has left viewers disgusted after suggesting a frontyard upgrade during a house viewing in Spain.
House hunters Debbie and John fell in love with the town of Benalmádena in the sun-drenched Costa del Sol and were hoping to look for a permanent home within their budget of £250,000.
They asked for a home with modern specs and outdoor space to accommodate their two dogs Dolly and Betty.
In Wednesday's (May 5) episode shown on Channel 4, presenter Jean Johansson had a rough start as Debbie and John complained the property looked like a holiday house than a home.
They found themselves a contender when they viewed the third property but viewers said the bungalow looked like a care home than a cosy home.
Jean later took the pair to a town house in Mijas Costa, an inland area of the Fuengirola town.
She introduced the property: "This has five bedrooms, four bathrooms. It has a nice urbanisation, it's got a nice pool, look how lush and green it is.
"This is on the market for just over £262,500. We can negotiate it to the top end of your budget, £250,000."
Standing in front of the entrance, Debbie looked around and pointed out the maroon-coloured tiles in the frontyard.
"Nice courtyard," she said, "Like the tiles.

Jean then threw in a suggestion: "You like the tiles? Because I was thinking with the dogs, you've got the options of lifting the tiles, putting some grass down. It's up to you."
Debbie also had something come into her mind as she replied: "Sandpit. A nice sandpit in the corner for them."
Viewers seemed to disapprove Debbie's idea as they imagined the neighbours won't be liking it.
A fan wrote: "A sandpit stinking of dog mess. Hope they don’t move next door to me."
Another commented with a vomit emoji: "A sandpit, in the corner, for the dogs. Just no."
Some got annoyed by the house hunters for keep mentioning the dogs during the house search.
"Shut up about the dogs already," one slammed while a second wrote: "The dogs will love anywhere you go!"
