A Place in the Sun's Lee Juggernauth has been left gutted after one couple quickly refused one of his properties.
Lee, the newest presenter on the sunny Channel 4 house-hunting show, made his big debut on Monday (10 May).
He was tasked with bagging couple Dabi and Devi their dream holiday home on the coast of Gandia, Valencia in Spain.
The presenter was off to a flying start as his first two properties won a positive review from the couple.
However, when he showed the pair his third property in the line up, things didn't go to plan with the husband and wife cutting their viewing short.
For their dream home the husband and wife had a budget of £175, 000 with a £5,000-strong wiggle room, and they gave their house genie Lee a long list of requirements.
They were asking for two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden with a swimming pool as well as some stunning Spanish views.
Lee appeared to impress Dabi and Devi with his first property – a three-bedroom villa priced at just over £166,000 in La Font d'en Carrós.
Devi called the house "spectacular" whilst Dabi added "You've done good here, it's a really good one".
And Lee managed to really wow the couple with his villa picks at property number two – a four-bedroom villa in Barx.
When he entered the villa, a smitten Dabi said: "This property's knocking me out I tell you".

The delighted couple announced it was their favourite so far and even told Lee it trumped the first villa.
However, Lee's luck was about to run out when it came to his third showing – a two-and-a-half bedroom villa in Almisera.
It was clear Devi and Dabi were far from impressed as soon as they saw the villa.
Dabi said "I'm a bit disappointed with the garden" after finding out the property didn't have a swimming pool like they were hoping for.
Lee fired back: "There is no pool but there is planning permission to build one – it will cost £15-20,000.”.
Devi slammed the property saying "There's nothing here" in response to the outside.

In fact, as soon as the couple took a look inside they were quick to get out and called it quits on the tour.
Lee joked: "You're like two dampened souls!" when he saw their unimpressed reaction.
And when they went to the kitchen, Lee asked if they wanted to see upstairs, to which they said there was no point.
Lee asked: "Shall I show you the rest of the house?" but Dabi replied "I think not, I don't think so."
She declared: "This ground floor here is just not doing it for us".
However, Lee's spirits were raised when he managed to pull it back with properties four and five which really impressed the pair.
After a tense coin toss, the couple placed an offer on property two, but sadly things were looking uncertain when the seller refused to budge on the asking price.
But Dabi and Devi finally struck gold when they were able to use property five as their 'Plan B' – a four-bed house in Bella Vista.
So although his first episode wasn't without its drama, it looks like Lee scored a property on his debut after all.
A Place in the Sun airs on weekdays at 4pm on Channel 4.
