Spandau Ballet's Tony Hadley was left red-faced on I Can See Your Voice when Alison Hammond shared a very awkward story.

With the BBC guessing show back on our screens for an all new series and Paddy McGuinness at the helm once more, Alison and Tony were joined by Amanda Holden and Jimmy Carr on the celeb panel.

After introducing the celebrities, Alison revealed that she had a story to share about guest celebrity Tony.

"I was at the airport and I was doing a gig for This Morning and I spotted Tony Hadley looking at me and trying to avoid me," she said – looking totally unimpressed by the Gold singer.

Defending himself, Tony said: "I was trying to slip past you."

Alison snapped back with: "He was actually trying to avoid me, so I was like, 'Hadley, over here!'

    "And he was like 'Oh!'."

Tony was left looking totally taken aback and red-faced after Alison revealed the awkward moment.

Jimmy then jokingly asked Tony how he did it, which left Alison, Paddy, the celebrities and the audience roaring with laughter.

Britain's Got Talent's Amanda – who looked ultra glam in a little black dress – then revealed that she had a poster of Tony on her wall when she was younger.

Fans of I Can See Your Voice were delighted that Alison Hammond was on the show – especially after she made a reference about her bra.

"Alison's bra sleeps four," was said on the show, before she added: "It's called Hammond's Hammock!"

"Hammond Hammock," penned one viewer along with a slew of laughing emojis.

Another added: "Obsessed with Alison Hammond calling her bra a hammock #ICanSeeYourVoice."

Other viewers were just overjoyed that Alison was on the show full stop.

"You are very good on this show hun x," penned one in response to Alison's tweet plugging tonight's episode.

While another said: "Best laughs on tv @AmandaHolden and @AlisonHammond #Icanseeyourvoice."
