BRITNEY Spears took to social media this week in an attempt to lift their spirits whilst self-isolating at home.
Britney, 38, posted a motivational quote on Instagram amid the global COVID-19 pandemic, which has seen most parts of the world forced to social distance.
The mom-of-two's post read: "During this time of isolation, we need connection now more than ever. Call your loved ones, write virtual love letters. Technologies like virtual communication, streaming and broadcasting are part of our community collaboration.
"We will learn to kiss and hold each other through the waves of the web. We wil feed each other, re-distribute wealth, strike (sic)."
The quote finished with: "We will understand our own importance from the places we must stay. Communion moves beyond walls. We can still be together."
The quote was followed by another selfie post, which appeared to be untouched and saw the Toxic hitmaker pouting for the camera.
Wearing a red and white striped top with spaghetti straps, Britney wore her blonde locks down and was wearing heavy dark eyeliner.

Last week, Britney slammed some of her followers for posting "mean comments" on one of her emotional posts.
The star candidly revealed the online criticism she gets for her social media posts has taken a toll on her and begged followers to stop the "bullying".
The blonde beauty called out her critics with a picture that read: “Nobody watches you harder than the people that can’t stand you."
She wrote the emotional caption alongside the quote: “I’ve read a lot of things online of people criticizing my posts…. saying I post the same 15 pictures with the same red background and wearing the same white bathing suit.
“For me I get really excited about my posts …. and I like to share them with you all!!!! I’ve never owned a white bathing suit before and I simply liked the red background!!!!”
