She told fans: "Just a quick message to let you know that I just got a call from the hospital where I was tested today and I do have the coronavirus.

"I’m OK, I’ve still got a temperature and a bit of a headache… but all in all I’m OK."

However, she added that she wasn't "really worried" saying: "Things aren’t going to change much to be fair.

"I’ve been isolating myself anyway these past eight days and I’m just going to continue and take the quarantine a notch up now, meaning no more random supermarket visits, no matter how careful.

"No more walks, I’m just going to get fresh air on the terrace and that’s going to be it."

Dance act Cascada was founded in 2004 by singer Natalie, DJ Manian and DJ Yanou, making hit singles Everytime We Touch, What Hurts the Most, Evacuate the Dancefloor and Miracle.

They sold over 30 million albums worldwide and represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013.

The death toll from coronavirus in the UK today rose to 422 – the biggest daily rise so far – and more than 8,000 infections.
