I'm A Celebrity… Get me Out Of Here! has seen its fair share of romance since it launched back in 2002.
The balmy jungle atmosphere appears to be a breeding ground for flirtations when it comes to the famous campmates who pass through.
Over the years, there has been sexual tension, tears, marriage and even a bad case of flatulence that stood in the way of love.
It's safe to say life in the jungle as a single person is wildly unpredictable.
Daily Star has taken a walk down memory lane of some of the biggest heartbreaks to stem from life in the jungle.
Amy Willerton and Joey Essex
When Amy Willerton headed to the jungle alongside TOWIE star Joey Essex there appeared to be undeniable chemistry between them as they grew closer day by day.
Joey was regularly seen giving Amy sensual massages and the pair even caused campmate Rebecca Adlington to blurt out: Rebecca Adlington to squeal "I can't take the sexual tension anymore," with one of their flirtatious exchanges.
It seemed like Joey and Amy were a match made in heaven and when they finally left the jungle the pair rumours of them dating started circulating.
But then Amy revealed that Joey had ghosted her after asking her to be in a fake relationship.
At the time she told Now magazine: “To be honest that was a horrible experience. If someone says to you: ‘Hey, let’s be in a fake relationship!’ you’re like: ‘No, that’s not what I want!’ I didn’t even know that kind of thing went on.
“I said ‘no you can take me on a date’. We’d been friends until then but suddenly he wanted more. I remember people saying we could be managed as a couple and when I said 'no I want to do my own thing,’ he stopped talking to me, just like that.”
When Made In Chelsea star Georgia met YouTuber Jack Maynard they instantly hit it off, however, the flirtation was short-lived when Jack left the show after just a few days.
But it appeared they stayed in touch and after she was crowned Queen of the Jungle the duo appeared to reunite on home ground sparking speculation of a new romance.
The pair have regularly posted pictures of themselves enjoying days out, dinners, and she even left the TV Choice awards ceremony to join him in A&E in her evening gown when he sprained his ankle.
But they both denied there was any romance between them.
Geordie Shore babe Charlotte found romance when she headed to the jungle alongside hunky Australian reality star Ryan Gallagher.
However, she had just split with ex-boyfriend Joshua Ritchie and found herself questioning the relationship before they even left the camp.
The duo did become boyfriend and girlfriend but it was sadly short-lived because the distance between them got in the way.
At the time Charlotte said: "When me and Ryan came out of the jungle I made no secret that I had been in a very long relationship and I wasn't ready to jump into another one.
"I still wasn't looking for something serious, he's at a stage in his life where he is – so we came to a mutual decision that we'd just cool it off.
"We are still friends. I love that boy to bits, he's amazing."
Definitively the most famous relationship to come from I'm A Celeb was Katie Price's romance with Peter Andre.
The pair had viewers addicted to what was going to happen next as their love unfolded on TV screens across the nation.
They had tied the knot within a year of leaving the jungle, released a romantic single and album of love songs, and had two children together before ultimately divorcing in 2009.
When late socialite Tara entered the jungle her spark with singer Darren Day was there for all to see.
The pair had undeniable chemistry – but it was all for nothing when the sexual tension was rapidly eroded by Darren's farting.
Tara had told Darren “I’ll tell you why I am very uptight. It’s because I think you are so f***ing sexy.”
But when she had a meltdown about the terrible stink around the camp he killed the mood as he confessed: “With all due respect, I’m a farter. I’m sorry.”
