KERRY Katona appeared to send her support to pal Katie Price, saying that "life is hard" but "what hurts you today makes you stronger tomorrow".
Earlier today, 43-year-old Katie was charged with driving while disqualified following a "drink-drive" accident in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Taking to her Instagram page this morning, 41-year-old Kerry shared a make-up free selfie as she seemingly reflected on life.
In the snap, her purple hair is tied into a messy bun, and she is resting her chin on her hand while looking into the distance.
She appeared to reference her famous friend's recent battle in the poignant caption, which read: "Good morning you beautiful people morning motivational note to self and to everybody else out there who suffers with mental health And life just getting too much…..
"Life is hard, you will fall, you will fail and you will get hurt, but remember what hurts you today will make you stronger tomorrow, the only thing you have to know… Is to rise!! 💜💜💜💜💜"
Katie's 14-year-old daughter Princess was among the 7,000 people to 'like' the post, with one follower commenting: "We know with all you have been through you'll be there for @katieprice if she needs you in any way."
Kerry has been incredibly open about her own demons in the past, proudly turning her life around following her drug addiction battle – and bravely speaking out about it in a bid to help others.
Last night, Katie's family issued a statement saying their "worst fears nearly came true" after the alleged "drink-driving".
They went on to reveal that the mother-of-five is "getting help" after she rolled her BMW at 6.30am.
They added: "As a family we have for some time been concerned about Kate's wellbeing and overall mental health."
Police are investigating reports she was on an "all-night binge" and may have even been driving to get more drugs when she crashed.

Sources told The Sun she had "stayed up all night partying with a few close friends".
We exclusively revealed that Katie, who is understood to be banned from driving, had been rushed to hospital after the accident, which could see her face jail time.
A picture from the scene showed Katie's car turned on its side across the road – with the mangled front crashed into some bushes.
The blue lights of an ambulance can been seen behind the vehicle, with it confirmed that the road was briefly closed due to the accident.
Wreckage from the car was also been pictured at the location.
Her fiance Carl Woods shared a statement to social media last night, saying: "Relationships are tested. People test each other – but when you love someone like I love Katie, you enjoy the highs and good times together."
