Will Adam and Eve appear together in Lucifer season 5, part 2?

Ahead of the premiere of Lucifer season five, Inbar Lavi confirmed she would be reprising her role as Eve.

At the end of Lucifer season four, Eve left Los Angeles behind to go on a journey of self-exploration.

She had released her entire life she had been living in the shadow of men, her first husband, Adam and her first love Lucifer (played by Tom Ellis).

Adam was created alongside his first wife Lilith in the Garden of Eden. However, they became separated after God used one of Adam’s ribs to create his new wife Eve.

Together they had two children, Cain and Abel, who have both appeared in Lucifer.

During her time on Earth, she and Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt) friendship turned romantic, with Maze falling hard for Eve.

Lucifer fans heart broke when Eve revealed she was leaving LA and called off her relationship with Maze.

Sadly, Eve did not appear in the first eight episodes of Lucifer season five, part one, as fans had hoped.

Thankfully, it has been confirmed by showrunners Idly Modrovich and Joe Henderson she will return in part two.

With God on Earth and Lucifer’s twin brother Michael also causing havoc, Lucifer fans are hoping God’s (Dennis Haysbert) arrival will see the return of Eve to Los Angeles.

The only biblical figure missing from Earth is Adam, and some Lucifer fans believe God’s arrival on Earth and Eve’s return could cause him to also pay a visit to Lucifer.

For now, the cast and crew of Lucifer have remained tightly lipped about season five, part two and there has been no word of Adam making his debut.

However, this has not stopped fans from sharing their theories online.

One fan on Reddit shared their theory about Adam’s introduction to the series.

They wrote: “Adam would be the main season-driving ‘conflict starter’.”

The user, GlaiveOfKrull, also theorised that Adam could be a new love interest for Maze.

Another user suggested: “Adam had his conscienceless [sic] raised up in heaven, and is desperately trying to win back Eve while she is running Lux in L.A.”

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Modrovich and Henderson teased: “Last we saw her, Eve broke Maze’s heart.

“Soooo… a reunion between our favourite demon and the original sinner should go smoothly, right?”

Fans will have to wait until Lucifer season five, part two premieres on Netflix to find out if Adam and Eve will make an appearance together.
