She explained: "Mum life. It’s that time of the month, Ella is off from school, Mia has well and truly turned into a beautiful little devil. They fully own me. These kids are the boss of me right now. Tv, chocolate, games etc.
"House is a mess and also I’m scared of the ? virus.
"Happy Friday one and all! Stay safe."
Her followers did their best to reassure her she needn't worry.
But in her Instagram story she again spoke of her fears as the deadly virus continues to escalate.
"It's good to be home with the kids," she said. "The coronavirus has been freaking everyone out. Daniel has found some toilet roll. I said to him, 'Don't come home without it'.
"He's found some. We peaked too soon, but it's fine. I need to plan the rest of the week. I am meant to be seeing Lewis Capaldi tomorrow. Should I be avoiding events like that?"
Coronavirus is the name for a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as SARS.
The new disease that emerged in China in December has never been seen in humans before the current outbreak.
The most recent figures show that at least 590 people have Covid-19 in the UK – and ten people have died in British hospitals.
It's business as usual for Jacqueline's acting academy, with the star telling fans it will remain open.
However, she said: "…can we ensure that no children come to classes if they are ill or anyone in the household is."
Just days ago Jacqueline teased an EastEnders comeback – sending fans into meltdown.
The star shot to fame playing Lauren Branning in the BBC One soap between 2010 and 2018.
After she won I'm A Celeb last year, speculation mounted that Jac could now return to the show – and she has now revealed that it's a definite possibility.
During an Instagram Q&A, the mother-of-two was asked if she would play Lauren again.
She replied: "Maybe one day. She's not dead yet."
