STACEY Solomon has quit social media once again as she admits she's "shocked" at how nasty trolls can be.
The 30-year-old Loose Women panelist – who regularly keeps followers updated on her life – has revealed she's taking a break due to cruel messages online.
Stacey announced the news on Instagram today alongside a quote from Roald Dahl's The Twits.
She said: "Having a strange morning this morning. Some days I just wake up on the wrong side of my brain.
"I always do my best to ignore nastyness because deep down I feel sorry for people who want to hurt others to try to bring them down.
"I feel awful for how sad they must be deep down. But some days it's not so easy to ignore and the nastyness gets in. All part of being human I suppose."
She added: "Anyways I'm going to put my phone in the drawer again today and shake it off."
Stacey concluded the heartfelt post with an inspirational quote.
The TV star continued: "Will be saying to myself on repeat today… we rise by lifting others & dulling someone elses sparkle will NEVER brighten their own.
"The truth of what's on the inside will always show on the outside."
Stacey's certainly no stranger to a social detox.
Last week, the presenter explained she was coming off Instagram for the day after feeling "lethargic" from a shopping spree
While back in May, the mum-of-three left fans worried after revealing she was taking a break from social media for "personal reasons."
Alongside a picture of her son Rex, Stacey said: "I'm going to come off social media today for personal reasons. I really hope you're all ok. I love you all. Look after yourselves."
However, she later revealed they were having a difficult time as boyfriend Joe Swash's nan passed away and he wasn't able to attend the funeral because of lockdown restrictions.
