Tipping Point pulled off air and replaced next week in latest schedule shake-up

Tipping Point will be pulled from the air next week in a major schedule shake-up.

The hit ITV show, hosted by Ben Shephard, has been a hit with viewers since it first premiered back in 2012.

For five days a week, fans tune in religiously at 4PM ready to see the latest players take on the famous machine in a bid to bag some cash.

But those hoping to tune in to watch their favourite gameshow next week will be seriously disappointed as the show is being pulled from the schedule and replaced.

This is because the quiz show, hosted by Ben Shephard, has been been dropped in favour of live sport.

Instead, ITV will air live coverage of Racing Live from The Oaks – hosted by Ed Chamberlin and Francesca Cumani from 1:30pm.

The two will front the event from Epsom and will include the 4.30pm Betfred Oaks and chief supporting race the 3.15pm Coronation Cup.

Former Love Island star Chris Hughes will be making an appearance too – with the hunk expected to cover events away from the races, along with Good Morning Britain’s Charlotte Hawkins.

From 5pm, the ITV schedule will go back to normal with Bradley Walsh back to host a new edition of The Chase.

However, both Tipping Point and The Chase have been moved at the start of the week on Bank Holiday Monday.

The show will be broadcast later than usual on Monday (May 29) due to the Bank Holiday.

Tipping Point will air 50 minutes later than usual at 4:50pm, while The Chase fans can catch the latest episode right after at 5:50pm.

What’s more, Monday's edition of The Chase will be shortened in order to finish in time for the ITV News at 6:35pm.

On a recent episode of the show fans were left gobsmacked as 'Michael Buble' made an appearance.

On Friday's (May 26) episode, host Ben Shephard introduced Robert, Alison and Mark – the latter of whom bore a striking resemblance to the Canadian singer.

Mark wore a burgundy jumper over a collared shirt, and sported a short brunette goatee which gave him the look of the Just Haven't Met You Yet hitmaker.

And fans were baffled by the resemblance, taking to social media to remark on the similarities between the pair.
