A loved one shared a string of pictures of her and Jess alongside a poignant social media post.
"I am so lost for words right now. You were such a pure, caring, genuine soul.
"Your heart was so big and I was lucky to call you my best friend. I promise to do you proud and push through each day for you.
"I miss you so much, you will always have a special place in my heart. I will be there for Char while he grows up and remind him of how amazing his Mum really was!
"You will be with me forever Jess Ross thank you for being the best friend a girl could ever need! I love you with all my heart.
"Rest in peace beautiful girl, until we meet again."

"I just don’t know what I’m going to do without you. I wish you knew how much me and the kids loved you. Fly high beautiful."

"Growing up with her as a next-door neighbour was certainly not a quiet one but it allowed us to be quite close, always in and out of one another’s houses when we were younger.
"I’ll always remember the days spent out at the Safari park, Football, M&D’s, the family parties and many other things we got up to.
"The world is a cruel place but you’re at peace now. Rest Easy my pal miss you."
